Beautiful large Victorian 1st floor apartment, recently refurnished. 150 sqm, 3 bedrooms, 2 large receptions rooms, sleeps 12 on beds, 4 on sofa beds. 5 min walk to Sefton Park, 2 min walk to Lark lane, with it's famous bars, pubs, cafes etc. 2.5 miles to city centre. Excellent transport links to city centre by train or bus. 10 mins drive from Airport. Plenty of parking space and use of garden area. Steam bath/shower jacuzzi. Lots of space to relax. This self contained apartment has been renovated in early July (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) so is mostly brand new. For example the kitchen features new stainless steel worktops, oven, hob and fridge freezer. We are happy to change the arrangement of the beds around in the rooms to meet your needs. The main bedroom with four king sized beds is approx 30m2 and has it's own sink. Bedroom 2 also has it's own sink. The large front garden is very private and gets the sun nearly all day but has shaded areas as well. The villa is split in 3 separate apartments. This apartment occupies the whole of the middle floor. We live in the lower apartment which occupies the ground floor and basement.
Hi, I have recently started hosting this apartment with my wife Lisa. Liverpool is a city we love and we can appreciate why visitors enjoy it so much. We own a large Victorian house which is split into 3 spacious apartments. The Finnish lady who has rented the middle apartment from us for the last 14 years has recently moved to London, so we have decided to refurbish the property and offer it to visitors to the city. The apartment has a really a lovely feel to it. We've enjoyed living in this beautiful Bohemian area for the last 25 years. It is only a short taxi ride to the city centre, and it has a very relaxed, chilled out atmosphere. There's great parks plus the famous Lark Lane offering a wide range of places to eat and drink. We're very excited about our new venture and look forward to hosting you.
The Lark Lane area is a great place to go for a relaxed meal or a drink and is very popular with locals and tourists alike. The famous Sefton Park is a 235 acre park created in Victorian times. The area features many large Victorian Villas and is one of the most popular areas to live in Liverpool. We ourselves have lived in the area for over 25 years.
