Really appreciate the levels they are taking during this pandemic, I felt really safe here and very comfortable. It was soooo clean. The apartment is in great condition and well cared for. Thankyou for taking care of us. :)

The setting and rooms are exceptional and in a perfect location.

The apartment was brilliant, very clean and everything required was at hand. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Location is perfect - amenities, bars and restaurants within a minutes walk. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay again.

We were greeted, exactly as described, at the property. Check in was effortless (despite the additional restrictions at the moment). Precautionary measures throughout the property were spot on. Room was excellent. More than we had expected. Really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was immaculately clean with many thoughtful high quality extras. It was centrally located but quiet. The staff were very helpful and I will definitely be recommending it to colleagues and, when the occasion arises, using it again myself.

This Grade II, former Legal and General Assurance Society building has been tastefully refurbished into 31 stunning serviced apartments. Its central location, just a five minute walk from Birmingham New Street station and Birmingham Snow Hill station, provides quick and convenient access to transport and shopping; as well as Birmingham's unique attractions and major event venues. We specialise in short and extended stays, having a minimum age of 24 years and do not allowing Hen and Stag Weekends, large groups or parties; if you want a relaxing luxury break, book with us as we are real alternative to Hotel accommodation.
