Brilliant host who ensured the apartment was spotless; especially with my mother in law having chemo at the time. Maria was lovely, she left milk and fresh juice to help us settle in and even left some sweets for our little boy too! The apartment had every commodity you could ever need (all good spec too!) We will definitely be back xx

United KingdomA very clean and modern private apartment. I was really pleased with the set up, facilities, cleaning standards and location. Close to the sea front but with appropriate street parking right outside. We stayed out of season which was lovely as it wasn’t too busy. Weather was still really nice and I didn’t need a big coat. I would highly recommend. We had flat 6 which was lovely and peaceful and private. We walked up along the north shore along the road to see the illuminations. We walked down to the north pier and to the tower. Nice to have some romantic walks without too many people.

United KingdomWe stayed in apartment 6, it is nice and clean, has a comfortable bed, provides everything you need.
United KingdomArriving at the hotel we were greeted by Maria and she showed us to our room. The room was spotless and very well decorated. The location was perfect for us as it was away from the noise of the restaurants and pubs but wasn’t too far that you couldn’t walk it. It’s about a 45 minute walk along the beach to the pier or a 5 minute tram away which is right outside the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed from a fridge to an over to an iron and ironing board. During our stay the hotel next door caught on fire causing twelve apartments alarm to go off, this couldn’t be helped but as an apology Maria gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Overall our stay was lovely, comfortable and welcoming and we would happily stay again!!

Purchased in January 2019, Twelve has being updated to offer "AA" rated 3 Star accommodation for the family market.
Well travelled with great attention to detail we are continually looking at how we can make twelve as comfortable as possible for our guests, every year we re-invest to ensure the apartments keep the 3 star standard that has been awarded and that guests return.
Loctaed just a few yards off Queens Promenade on King Edward Avenue, the location is ideal for people wanting to be near the sea and in season watch the world famous illuminations, The road itself is a mix of independant guest houses and small blocks of holiday apartments. One mile from the town centre. un-restricted parking is available and we are close to two tram stops.
