Πρόκειται για μονόχωρη γκαρσονιέρα 19τμ στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου, δίπλα στα Λιοντάρια.Εχει WC με ντουζιέρα, κουζίνα με σκεύη ,ψυγειάκι, ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι ,εξτρα κρεβάτι τύπου ράντζο ,γραφείο, τραπέζι, καρέκλες ,ντουλάπα ,μπαλκόνι.Το κατάλυμμα βρίσκεται δίπλα σε στάση λεωφορείων.Επίσης η κεντρίκη αγορά ειναι 1' λεπτο με τα ποδια οπως και πολλα αξιοθέατα οπως μουσεία πλατείες εκκλησίες.
