We could not fault the Lavris Suites - everything was perfect. The room is large and the bed is so comfortable. Lovely big walk in shower and big fluffy towels. The location is great - literally across the road from the bus station and less than 10 minutes walk to the old town. Dimitris was very helpful and kind and we felt very welcome. Fantastic place to stay and we hope to be back one day.

DenmarkVery nice accomodation with a parking lot, close to old town center or airport. We were surprised by a gift - bottle of red wine, nuts and some sweets. It was amazing :). Comfortable bed, everything looked new and very clean.

United KingdomWe had a reservation for 1 night, planned to leave Heraklion the next day but due to some restrictions we ended up staying 2 nights. The accomodation was impecable, very clean, well equipped, suited for both leaisure and business stays. Very close to the port and city center which were both big pluses. The location is also near a cafe and fast food place as well as a supermarket so everything is at reach. Dimitris, our host, was very helpful-he supported us when we had trouble with the transportation to Santorini, responded to all our questions and even suggested some nice stuff to do around the city on our extra day there. We highly recommend the stay!
