The apartment is in the middle of the lively old town of Ierapetras. A stone's throw from the beach. No through traffic, only residents pass by. Take part in the Cretan life!
I'm Swiss, but have been living in Crete for a long time. I like to read and love good movies.
The place has a cozy beach promenade for evening walks and some attractions, the Turkish Minaret, the Venetian harbor fortress and a small archaeological museum. From mid-May, daily ships depart for the unique bathing island Chrissi with its white sand. The water of the sea is crystal clear here. Umbrellas and sunbeds are available for rent on the beach. Taverns and restaurants are only a few meters away. Supermarket and mini market good to reach on foot.
