We liked everything. The stuff was amazing, location perfect, room very comfortable and clean, very relaxed atmosphere, we got lot more than we expected. Every time we come to Zadar we will definitely take this place again.

All our rooms have balcony with a table and chairs and some are with sea view.There is a refrigerator in every room,together with a coffee machine and complementary coffee and tea.The bathrooms have 4 towels and a shower foot towel,hair blower,soap.There is spacious common kitchen with a microwave and a family size refrigerator to suite your cooking needs.Washing and drying machines are at your disposal and free of charge.Umbrellas are there also in case of rain. Room leather doors are specially insulated to make sure no noise coming in or out.The TV has many international languages channels,German,Italian,Russian,Spanish,French,English.A brand new and silent air condition system will make your stay a comfortable one,while the balcony with a downtown and harbor view will make you feel outside at the same time.
We run a tour agency, Elegance Tours, right in the center of the old town, offering all local excursions so while walking and exploring it you can stop by at any time,relax there and ask any questions about the historic center and tours to do while in Zadar. We also also have free Baggage storage for our guests and we offer bike and e scooter rental , as well internet and print service.
The rooms are located just off of Zadar's famous Pedestrian Bridge leading to Old Town,yet avoiding it's noise and crowd so that way makes your sleeping at night easier.Supermarket Konzum is just across the street , as well as various bakeries,banks,caffes, exchange offices ,bus and taxi station and Post office .To get to Old town all you have to do is cross that 150 meters long bridge and you are there. Sea Organ is 400 m away and nearest beach Kolovare is an easy 10 min walk.
