FinlandI came to Rixos Premium Hotel for my 50th Birthday . From the moment I arrived with complimentary champagne and cake and the personal service, it was simply fabulous 👌 regrettably I dont know the receptionist name but she was so lovely and so professional Well done Rixos 5 stars all round.

Quality of all the facilities, rooms, restaurants, bars (indoor/outdoor/beach), spa, swimming pools, is very high and could not be faulted. All the staff were excellent - front desk, restaurant, cleaners, beach front, spa, musicians (pianist, harpist, violinist, evening band). The staff were all very polite, friendly, helpful and well dressed. Quality and range of food both for breakfast and evening meal was excellent. Bedroom was very clean and the bed very comfortable.
