IndonesiaBreakfast was a great selection and varied from day to day. The staff were genuanly freindly. the Hotel was always being cleaned. The Gardens were fantastic.
United KingdomFriendly staff and the hotel had everything you needed. Really well located in the heart of Kuta but very quiet - you would never know the hustle and bustle was just outside. The pool is great and the drinks at the pool bar were really reasonably priced. Spa was excellent also.

Beautiful kept gardens, a choice of 3 pools, so many restaurants to choose from, clean and comfortable rooms, a lovely and affordable spa, beautiful friendly and accommodating staff and right on the beach. What more could you ask for. And of course the price is always great. Highly recommend for families, couples and singles.

(I did ask if it was because we booked via Booking.com that the rooms tend to be lower end (the first 2 were located óut the back' the entrance overlooking trash backyards and noisy industry.) Try and ensure the room location first - their WiFi password is "bookdirect" - so maybe that is the secret. This hotel is great value for money but the breakfasts are a trifle simple. (I guess I kept comparing them to the Novotel Benoa and Anvaya.) Pools great and hotel beside the sea - short walks to all restaurants though this hotel has great restaurants. I loved the quite airconditioned lounge for time out
