IndonesiaStaffs very friendly and helpfull,easy to checkin,view was greatest than others hotels in batu( for me),the room is clean, hygienist were wonderfull for this situations(covid-19),facilities completed excp gym,the park is huge,the foods magnificent, delicious and the welcome cakes from the staff really nice,they have two pools area near villa papua and under resto..everything is wonderful magnificients and would be back soon...the ambience superB,quite like stay in the middle of jungle,refresh...

Reasonable prices for diner and drinks. We had a early flight, so we cannot attend the breakfast in the morning. They provided the breakfast (almost all the items of the buffet) in boxes, so we could have our breakfast on the way. Thank you for that!
