Hi there, We only arrange scuba diving trips, however it is very easy to arrange a snorkel trip when you are on the island - we can point you in the right direction when you are here. It's no problem to come here from Ubud - best to get a boat from Padangbai harbour which I can arrange. I can also arrange your return to the closest harbour to Sanur, which is Serangan. Hi there, yes there is a 3% card charge at most places on the island - this applied to both debit and credit cards here at the resort. We are lucky to be located right next to an ATM, so if it is more convenient for guests to pay in cash they can do so. There are numerous ATMs in the centre of the island near the harbour. Money exchange is also available - we only accept cash IDR, but in the harbour area it is very easy to exchange money. Hope this helps :)

Hi there, There are regular fast boats which leave from Bali - Gili islands. Usually their pick up time is early in the morning, so if you are flying into Denpasar and wish to get here the same day as your arrival, then your flight would need to arrive before 7am in order for it to be possible. We can help you with booking a fast boat to the island which will include pick up from your hotel in Bali. We work with 2 preferred fast boat companies who are very reliable and safe. You can send us an email for more specific information and prices. Alternatively, you may choose to take a short 30 minute flight from Bali - Lombok where we can help arrange an airport pick up any time of day. Hi there, There are a number of ways to receive some discount from your course with us. We will happily provide 10% discount to groups of 4 or more people. Guests who pre-book and pay a deposit online will also receive either a free fun dive at the end of the course, OR a 10% discount off the course price. Just send us an email directly in advance and we will be able to provide further information. Hi there, We have warm weather, beautiful beaches and diving all year round, however the year is split up into wet and dry season. Wet season is November-April and Dry May- October. During dry season it's busier on the island and conditions are great in the water. During wet season prices are cheaper and we get rain for an hour or 2 usually in the afternoon. Hi there, The mosque is located in the centre of the island around 200m from our resort. There are 2 mosques on the island which can be heard from almost everywhere, apart from the very north of the island and on the other side of the island. The call to prayer is 5 times per day, with the earliest around 5am. Usually we find our rooms are quite soundproof, but for light sleepers it can be heard. Indonesia is a Muslim country, so mosques are literally everywhere in Lombok! We find it adds to the charm of the island, and it's great for guests who are willing to experience a different culture. Hi there, we have one room type with a sea view which is Sea View Family room. Our Budget and Standard rooms have a small fence garden view. Our economy rooms are located on the back of the hotel, while they do not have a sea or garden view, our property is located on the beach front so our guest could enjoy the beach itself throughout our facilities. The wifi is included everywhere in the resort so you don't need to pay extra. Please bear in mind as we are located in small tropical island, the signal is not as strong as the mainland.
