Excellent staff! Nitin and Sharavani went out of the way to make the guests comfortable. Indian hospitality standards are high, and it must be because of staff like this. The premises and property are fine. They had a simple but effective breakfast - idlis, some bread and boiled eggs and the like. Basic but more than sufficient. The location is slightly out of the city, but it wasn't an issue for me. The amenities are quite simple and basic.
South KoreaIt was a short walk to Technology Park. The staff were exceptionally helpful (eg, one of my friends left a passport locked in their safe, and was at the airport before realising.. the hotel drove the passport to the airport, to ensure they caught their plane). Room was very clean, bed comfortable, shower worked well, internet OK, room had alarm clock, good breakfast. Room-service food was good and fast.
MalaysiaVery close to ITPL so it was a 5-minute walk to the office. Saved a lot of time in commuting. The Room are compact for 2 to 3 days of work trips.

General Manager - Anish Rana is the greatest asset to the hotel, he was in the property almost at all times during the day attending to guests.
