Location is plus . Raja seat 500m , nehru mantapa (next to it), omkareshwara temple (1.5km) , madikeri fort and college road market(1km) , madikeri tomb (2 km), abbey falls 7km. We were in deluxe suite, room was spacious and huge parking on site. Ultimate view from restaurant. Much better than raja seat view. Good food , mix of south and north indian breakfast. Kids play area . And Spa also available.

Excellent location : View is same as Raja's seat right from the window. All rooms are with valley view. Very friendly staff and good food.
