The room was very spacious. Comfortable beds. And it was very clean and tidy. The guest service was very good. Each and every staff were really good and friendly.

United KingdomThe location of the hotel is very near to mg road just 10mins walk. Reachable from nearby taxi stand also. It's a pure veg hotel. The view from the room is stunning on clear weather. All room facilities are up to mark. The manager is also very helpful,provides all the necessary information about sightseeing bookings so one can plan on their own. The tea was very good although. Rest all safe and good place to stay.

IndiaIt was my first solo trip and i selected Hotel Ninamma after hours of browsing through hotels in gangtok. My stay here was more than comfortable. Specially the staff- the owner Sachin and Meenaji, solomon da, anand, avi, and jonathan - they were all super warm and helpful. Not once did i feel unsafe or unwelcomed. To top it all, it was my birthday when my husband and frnds from Mumbai made special requests to the staff. They made it a special memorable birthday for me with cake, gifts, and birthday wishes! Hotel Ninnamma is not just a place to stay, it is an experience. I absolutely recommend it!

Humane and supportive nature of Mr Sachin, the manager is memorable. The hotel is well equipped with all the necessities. Proximity of the hotel with MG road and scenic beauty of dining hall makes it an enjoyable place. So It was a pleasure to stay there.
IndiaThe view from the hotel room was amazing. A total panoramic view of the mountains. You can enjoy the Kanchenjunga on the right on a clear day and have a wonderful city view on the left. The service was also good including the complimentary breakfast which was very good.
