The staff was super nice, welcoming always smiling. Short walking distance to Termini. Safe area. The breakfast was very good served with a smile. We were upgraded to a king Deluxe room. Clean and tidy room with very comfortable bed and pillows and wide tv screen on the upper floor. Thanks everyone for making it a pleasant stay.
ItalyI often choose Best Western hotels. They're a safe bet and the staff is always professional. Very comfortable bedding. My room had a nice terrace with a lovely view. Comfortable big bathroom and nice toiletries. Just ten minutes away from Termini so very practical if you need to catch a train to the airport.
