Paulo on reception provided a useful map and Maximillian the manager went out his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has been recently refurbished and the suite was ideal for us all to stay in comfortably. The breakfast was served with a smile, (even with a mask policy currently in place) hearty and ensured we were ready for the day ahead. The temperature in Rome during October let's you walk to places such as the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon without being over exercised.
United KingdomBreakfast was served by the staff rather than buffet style because of Covid measures being put in place. There wasn't a huge selection but what we had was lovely and couldn't fault. Location ideal next to Termini Station. Overall excellent value for money.

Location is very good because it’s 5 minutes from metro station: Termini. Personal was very very nice and hospitable. I felt myself very comfortable there.
RussiaThe hotel is overall newly and tastefully renovated and the staff is always nice and trying hard to accommodate the guests' needs. Bed was outstandingly comfortable and it was nice to get warm savoury breakfast.

The Hotel Varese has excellent public transport links around Rome and to both international airports. From Termini you can catch both Metro lines, which take you to the Coliseum and the Trevi Fountain in just 2 stops.
