“The hotel is in an old appartment complex. The rooms are not on the street side and very quiet”

“The property is located 10 minutes by foot from the central train station and is right next to the Duomo and to some of Naples most famous tourist attractions and restaurants. The hotel itself is clean and has a great modern look, the room is spacious and all amenities are modern. Due to COVID-19 the breakfast had to be ordered the day before and brought to the room in the morning but I didn't find that an issue at all (of course breakfast was included).” Read more

“This was a great spot to stay while visiting Naples. Very safe, there is always someone on the desk to let you in the locked front door and (at some times- the gate). The girl that checked us in was so friendly and nice, and often came down to let us in the gate when we couldn't figure out how to push it! The other staff were also friendly. Breakfast was also okay, but a very sweet Italian breakfast. While it's technically self-serve, there's a staff member assisting you, and makes coffee for you and tries to do a lot for you. Which was lovely, but I sort of wanted to do things myself too. Probably depends on who you are as a traveller. We also paid to go into the 'Spa'. Technically wouldn't call it a spa. It had a sauna, a shower and a massage chair. It had a good vibe of relaxation, to escape the hectic city, but nothing special. I sort of assumed there would be an actual hot spa bath somewhere but there wasn't.” Read more

“The entrance from the street is pretty scary, but once you get past this (and the multiple flights of stairs to carry your luggage up), the hotel is quite nice. Staff were willing to assist with any issues. Very well located.”
