Great location within walking distance from Roma Termini. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
United KingdomVery clean, prompt and very helpful staff, especially the two Romanian ladies. The receptionist gave use very good pointers for our tourist destinations, places to dine and the occasional small hidden gems in the city. Rooms were clean and well kept. There was a coffee maker in the room and capsules with coffee, tea and coffee-like drinks were replaced daily (there was also a kettle, but didn't need to use it).
RomaniaGreat breakfast, easy check-in and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our connecting rooms were perfect for us- its exactly what we wanted. Great location in Rome as well. Centrally located with a metro down the road.
