Everything was well organized and I enjoyed a hot spring inside the hotel.

I was expecting the rooms to be smaller, but they were quite spacious with lots of room under the beds. The bed itself was very comfortable, but on a smaller side. The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s in the middle of the busy neighborhood but also very quiet thanks to nearby park. It’s 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku station with 7-11 and Starbucks just next to the hotel. We didn’t order breakfast instead we had something from 7-11 for about 800¥ 2 people or Starbucks. The staff speak limited English but they are extremely polite. Onsen was great ! I was there 3 times and it was almost empty ( especially around 17). They provide stickers for the tattoos.

One of our bestsellers in Tokyo! Opened in July 2014, APA Hotel Shinjuku Gyoenmae offers air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi access. It’s conveniently located a 1-minute walk from Shinjuku-Gyoenmae Subway Station and a few steps away from the peaceful Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden.

Each room is simply decorated and equipped with an original mattress optimising weight distribution and a flat-screen TV with video-on-demand (VOD). A refrigerator, a hairdryer and an electric kettle are provided. The private bathroom comes with a bath and free toiletries. An air-purifier/humidifier is also available for guests’ comfort.

Guests can store their luggage and arrange for a massage at the 24-hour front desk. Other facilities offered at the property include vending machines, a communal microwave, laundry facilities and a public bath.

Is the 11 sq meter size for the Double Room - Non Smoking just room with bed? Or does the 11 sq meter size include the size of the bathroom? Thanks.
