SwitzerlandThe staff were so professional, very respectful & helpful. Our room was spacious, clean & perfect for our family of 3. Location was great with 15 min slow walk to Osaka station. All amenities were so clean it was just like brand new. There is a convenience store off the foyer for all of those other incidental requirements (food & beverages etc..) Value for money for sure.

It was not bad, but it was not the best I had in Japan. The location is great, it is in between the Osaka and Fukushima stations. The staff was always very friendly.

The room was fully furnished which included PJs and free amenities. Perfect for a single traveller. Might be a bit of a tight squeeze for a couple. There's even a 7/11 connected to the hotel lobby.
