The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. We were treated like VIPs and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed and the food was excellent. The dining in Tapas, K'Shiki and Sushi Shin was legendary!

AustraliaThis was probably the best overall city hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Every experience with a staff member was above excellent and everyone went the extra mile to make us welcome. The best were extremely comfortable and our every need was taken care of. They even provided us with PJ yukatas (informal kimono type pjs) and trainers for the gym. Beyond anything you would expect in Europe. The hotel itself has 3 Michelin star restaurants, a really cool jazz bar and an incredible spa (the sauna has a view). The hotel even has a church. I loved this experience.
