The owner is an amazing man offering a lot of flexibility, which was something really important for a traveler like me who never really plans a lot in advance. The rooms were tidy and nice, basic but everything that you need. The location of the place is amazing - if you want to explore Hongdae there are literally very few places that would be better than that. Also the immediate surrounding area has this nice hippie/hipster vibe, with tiny streets with vintage stores etc. which for me was a huge plus. The place has a rooftop access, with a place to chill, watch the sunset and get a couple of drinks looking at the skyline. One of the most unique experiences I had.
Polandi was staying in able guesthouse for 3 times. and everything was fine. thats why im repeating again. see you in april soon.

South KoreaOnly Few minutes walk from hongik uni station. Restaurants and shopping street just downstairs. Warm enough in winter. Self served Breakfast included eggs, toasts, milk, orange juice, cereal. Very good price.

It is a 3 mins walk to the airport subway line, cafes (there’s a comfy cafe right next door) and eateries nearby, 10 mins walk from Wow Park, within a 5 mins walk from the heart of hongdae etc. There’s even a post office up the street. The 6 room dormitory is big too, it doesn’t feel cramped like other places I’ve stayed at. Though it’s not spotless, it is cleaned everyday to the best of the staff’s ability. The guesthouse is well equipped and there is a vanity area too! The staffs were also friendly and helpful.

It is very near to the subway and all the cute shop in hongdae area! you can just walk to explore that area. the room is very warm and comfortable despite the cold winter in Seoul during my visit. i also love that they provided unlimited towel supply so you can exchange the towel after every shower

One of our bestsellers in Seoul! Located at the centre of the popular Hongdae area, Able Guesthouse Hongdae is only a 5-minute stroll from Hongik University Subway Station (Line 2 and Airport Rail Line). It offers private rooms and bed in dormitories with free WiFi access.
