First good bedding. Second nice bedding. Third very comfort bedding. (warmer, lighter much more comforting bedding than those of any other hotels nearby) Plus, good location. Can go to anywhere-many bus stops, subway stations nearby. Nice cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood. In fact a convenient store inside of the hotel

FranceA very modern and clean hotel. Excellent room, with a very comfortable bed. We stayed in a king suite with one staying in the bedroom and one in the living room. All very modern and smart. There are so many restaurants and convenience stores within just a few hundred metres of the hotel that you have a huge range of options for food.
United KingdomThe location is perfect. It’s right beside Gongdeok station. The rooms are just the right size. There is also a 711 at the lobby and is near restaurants/ coffee shops.
PhilippinesPerfect location of the hotel, you can get from metro to hotel in less that 1 min. Hotel offers nice breakfast, but even better dinner. The service there what really amazed. When we get there 15 min before closure they were offering to re-cook almost all of their buffet, even offered a discount of 50% to us... brought a nice pair for the dish we already chose... this is really nice that they value their guests so much. Nearby it is also good bar to sit and relax. Overall - 10-10

Hong KongAbsolutely loved how comfortable the bed was. We´re still a bit fascinated with the smart toilet seats that are so common in SK. GLAD Hotel has an excellent location, you literally step out of the transport into the hotel. Great to have 7/11 in the hotel. Good breakfast as well.
SwedenWe requested quite rooms, close together, and got what must have been the quietest rooms in the hotel, next door to each other. The beds were very comfortable and everything one would expect was available. Breakfast was really good; staff were helpful and professional.
United KingdomLocation was really nice due to a central station nearby and the airport express stopping in front of the hotel. Really helpful and kind staff and the room was really big. 7 eleven in the lobby was a plus.
