Perfectly located near the Rotterdam train station. The hotel is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. During COVID-19 the hotel serves breakfast as takeaway. You can pick up a large bag filled with great food in the morning and eat it in the room.
NetherlandsFirst of all the location. It was the center of rotterdam. booked a 2 night stay in which I also wanted to get some shopping done in the center, so it was perfect. I loved the ability to check out somewhat later. The staff was very nice and casual, which I prefer because it gives a nice homely feeling to the hotel. the cleanliness was on point, everything was very clean. We also got new towels without having to ask! I also loved the tv, it was a good sized tv and I loved watching channels from the bed! so relaxing. It was election day at the time so it was nice to be able to follow everything. PS I booked the room with the balcony! It was definitely worth it.

NetherlandsIn the hotel business staff is very important, and you've got a really great staff , that's for sure :) Friendly, helpful and fun to talk to :) The room was also quite spacious and the hotel is very central: 5 min walk from the Central Station and very close to the city centre. They also have fridge in the lobby, that's handy.

The young man on reception and the young lady who served the breakfast were very professional with a smile which is great to see in the morning. Breakfast was great with plenty to eat. The location is ideal for a stroll down to town. And if arriving by car the hotel provides a free car park.
