Everything we read about is complete right. This is a place to stay for a night with the menu in the restaurant everything is there to have a stay you would like.
Belgium- Outstanding location directly at the magnificent beach - the view from the balcony is very beautiful - the suite has everything you need to feel at home - the bathtub with whirlpool function is perfect to relax after a long day at the beach - the breakfast is brought to the suit so you can have it in bed while watching the sea through the round windows or use the balcony - the staff was very supporting and friendly and made our stay perfect

Sinds 1974 is er in de Gevangentoren een restaurant gevestigd. In 2016 hebben wij de torenspits kunnen verbouwen tot één luxe suite.
Property information
Aan de monding van de Westerschelde, één van de drukst bevaren zeeroutes ligt de Vlissingse Gevangentoren. Zeeschepen varen werkelijk op een steenworp afstand aan u voorbij. Sinds 1974 is er in dit monument een restaurant gevestigd, en sinds kort kunt u boven in de Gevangentoren overnachten in deze luxe suite. Vanuit uw bed heeft u door de vier ramen een fantastisch uitzicht over de Westerschelde en de boulevard. Ook kunt u naar buiten waar u op de oude "Kantelen" geheel rondom de torenspits kunt lopen en een schitterend uitzicht heeft. Bij helder weer kunt u zelfs de skyline van Knokke, de Lange Jan in Middelburg en de havens van Vlissingen en Terneuzen zien liggen. Een unieke locatie voor uw bruidsnacht of.....

Ons restaurant heeft al 5 jaar een notering in de Lekker 500 en ook het certificaat van uitmuntendheid is reeds meerdere malen door Tripadvisor toegekend. Tijdens uw verblijf in Vlissingen kunt u bijvoorbeeld een bezoek brengen aan het martieme muZEEum, de Kazematten, het Arsenaal, Bioscoop Cine City XXL of het standbeeld van Michiel de Ruyter.
