The welcome from the owners was exceptional! I got two small home baked cakes from Lucia upon arrival with a welcome message, room was clean and very cute, i made use of a free bike to go and discover the dunes. The B&B is ideally located between the shops of city center and the nature. I was also allowed to stay until 4pm the next day and store my luggage in my room while I was on my bike trip as luckily, there was no other booking after me. Coffee machine and breakfast were outstanding! A huge thank you to you Toin and Lucia, your B&B is fantastic and I hope to be back soon again!

The house was a fish store built in 1890, our neighborhood was a commercial area and many of the houses were stores before. The house was renovated in 2016. We have adapted the garage as a Deluxe studio to welcome guests who want to explore the beautiful Haarlem! Lucía loves cooking and has been working as cook before. During the corona times we offer the option of a delicious homemade cooked dinner in case is not possible to order take away food.(Not included in the price)
Toïne (Dutch) & Lucía (Colombian) met in Nepal. They share the passion for travel, cultures and meeting other travelers! We have plenty of tips for delicious lunch spots, restaurants and the best routes to get lost on the canals of Haarlem.
It is a residencial area, peaceful and 10 mins walking from the city center. Around there is a super market, a small cafe, a yuga studio and beautiful parks to walk.
