We really liked the design of the hotel. The comfortable and quiet room had everything we needed plus a nice view over the city. Staff was also friendly and accommodating.

I liked the fact that there was a supermarket on site. Due to Covid-19 there weren't many facilities (including breakfast or room service) but the self-service lounge was a nice touch. Also, even though the first room I checked into wasn't nearly as good as the one I upgraded to, the second room was perfect. The way it was designed, to the cleanliness of it, it was worth extending my stay which was very easy to do.

  • Hello, we plan to arrive by bicycle. Do you have somewhere secure to store bikes overnight?

  • I am coming to Rotterdam on 29th November for 1 night for a retirement party it starts at 3.00pm...if we book a room at this hotel would it be possible to arrive around 1.30pm so we could freshen up and change before we go to the party. Thanks Dave

  • what are the car parking options and costs please ?

    Dear Mr/Mrs. Thank you for your message, we look forward to welcome you in our hotel. We have an automatic parking garage just next to the front door. The costs for parking are €25 per night and you can pay this when you check-out. The restrictions for this parking garage are 1,80 meter high, 1,80 meter wide and 4,50 meter long. If your car won’t fit you can park your car at the Qpark on the other side of the street. The costs for that parking is €30 euros per night.   • I am coming to Rotterdam on 29th November for 1 night for a retirement party it starts at 3.00pm...if we book a room at this hotel would it be possible to arrive around 1.30pm so we could freshen up and change before we go to the party. Thanks Dave

The costs for parking are €25 per night and you can pay this when you check-out. The restrictions for this parking garage are 1,80 meter high, 1,80 meter wide and 4,50 meter long. If your car won’t fit you can park your car at the Qpark on the other side of the street. The costs for that parking is €30 euros per night.
