Very comfortable beds. Kitchen fairly well outfitted for preparing breakfasts and a simple dinner. Nice to have a living room to gather in. Dishes in decent condition. Two fans were useful (as were the windows which allowed in a pleasant breeze) as the apartment has no AC. Washing machine!! (and drying rack). Building felt safe and well-maintained.

Departamento ubicado en un moderno edificio que cuenta con 02 ascensores y recepción las 24 horas.Tiene acceso para discapacitados. El departamento está bien iluminado y completamente equipado como para que te sientas como en casa (Direct TV, Netflix, WIFI ), se arrienda exclusivamente para tu grupo. Está ubicado en una avenida principal, por lo que es de facil acceso. Puedes ir hacia las diferentes universidades como USAT, UNPRG, SIPAN, UPAO, etc., Estadio Elias Aguirre,Colegio San Agustin, Algarrobos, Ceibos etc. Banco de Crédito, Supermercado Metro entre otros. A 15 minutos del Aeropuerto Jose Quiñones, a 10 minutos de Pimentel y 15 min de Lambayeque (Museo Tumbas Reales Señor de Sipan). Las camas son confortables para un buen descanso.
Me gusta viajar y sé lo importante que es encontrar un lugar confortable y seguro que me permita conocer la cultura y atractivos de la ciudad. Por ello que deseo brindar lo mejor de sí para que los turistas que vengan a esta ciudad se vayan complacidos y con un buen recuerdo de su estancia.
El departamento está ubicado cerca a buenos restaurantes de la zona, así como a unos minutos del supermercado Metro, Banco de Crédito, Hospital y con facilidad de tener siempre posibilidad de movilizarse a otros puntos de la ciudad porque está ubicada en una avenida principal donde pueden tomar taxi o transporte público.
