Bardzo dobrze skomunikowany (kilka minut przystanek tramwajowy, z którego można dojechać do każdej dzielnicy Gdańska, przystanki autobusowe, kolejka SKM – 7 minut pieszo, kolej metropolitalna- 5 minut pieszo). Dodatkowym atutem jest bliskość lasu i terenów rekreacjnych, ścieżek spacerowych i do biegania. Dom z klimatem, pokoje wykończone w minimalistycznym stylu, oddzielna, duża, wyposażona kuchnia, na każdej kondygnacji łazienka jedna z wanną, druga z prysznicem, wspólny salon. Do dyspozycji pościel, ręczniki, pralka i zmywarka. Dla mieszkańców udostępniony duży taras. W całym obiekcie dostępne, bezpłatne WiFi.
