A propriedade encontra-se enquadrada numa das zonas mais modernas da cidade em termos de planeamento urbanístico e sustentabilidade. A zona envolvente possui cerca de 70 hectares de zonas verdes. Tem acessibilidades invulgares, quer para o centro da cidade, quer para as zonas turísticas em redor. Casos de Sintra, Cascais e até mesmo a margem sul do rio Tejo. A propriedade está localizada somente a 600 metros do aeroporto, podendo observar-se da janela do quarto, os aviões estacionados dentro do aeroporto. Ideal para quem pretende chegar rapidamente ao aeroporto.
Eu gosto de viajar e conhecer, novos locais. Adoro Lisboa e por isso quero que a possam conhecer como eu a conheço.
O bairro foi construído a pensar no futuro, possui ruas largas, muitos espaços verdes, passeios rebaixados, tratamento do lixo diferenciado e guardado nos próprios edifícios. Possui tudo o que é necessário num raio de 300 metros. Mas o que o distingue mais da restante cidade de Lisboa, são os seus espaços verdes, pois em proporção o bairro tem muitos mais. A propriedade está localizada entre dois grandes jardins, 250 metros para a esquerda fica o parque da quinta das conchas e 200 metros para a direita fica o parque oeste que possui um lago. O bairro é calmo e silencioso durante a noite.
