PortugalThe hotel is so cozy and nice and the staff absolutely amazing. We stayed here for 10 days and had such a nice time in Lisbon. The breakfast was so good and the terrace is perfect for relaxing and watch the sunset.
IcelandThe hotel exceeded our expectations! We enjoyed the decor so much! I would say it was the most beautiful city hotel we ever stayed in! Just loved it! On top of all the breakfast is superb! Also the Rituals soap and shower gel in the bathroom were luxurious! Thank you!

FranceDue to Lockdown in Lisbon this hotel was closed. But soon as possible the manager transfered me to The One Palácio da Anunciada, keeping the daily rates and give a breakfast as a courtesy. The customer service to do this was fast and efficient. Congratulations for the perfect customer service.
