It’s cozy. The room was so comfortable that o just wanted to stay in bed. I was in love with the decoration in the room, very elegant. When I made my check in, the receptionist opened the elevator door for me, she was very kind, all of them were. I loved!

United KingdomFirst the location is great! Everything within walking distance and many restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is very nice and aesthetically pleasing. The room was super comfortable and felt very luxurious, decorated with style and taste. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the check was as smooth as it gets. It is genuinely like shown in the photos and I liked that a lot. I liked it so much that I didn't want to leave in the end :)

I only booked a double room but was upgraded on arrival to a superior suite that had a balcony overviewing one of the main avenues in Lisbon! The staff were so welcoming and very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and when I go back to Lisbon it would be my number 1 choice to stay there again! :)

The 5 floors of the property each has a distinct décor. Every room at this guest house is air conditioned and is equipped with a TV and a coffee machine. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, with free Castelbel toiletries and a hairdryer. The Lift Boutique Hotel features free WiFi throughout the property.
