A really nice hotel for the price. Has everything you would need for a short stay. Bar/resto is open 24/7, food is good. the location is decent, close to the main streets of the city. The room was always clean, a bed in the room was very comfortable.
LuxembourgIs not exactly in the center but in 20 min walk you can be there, on Severnaya Street and further on Krasnaya Street. The rooms are fantastic and the breakfast is continental, so for the money it could'nt be better. Reception, Restaurant and Housekeeping personal are very helpful.
