NetherlandsThe hotel overall is great, close to the terminals, you can access it directly without leaving the airport. The staff was great and very helpful, I had an ice pack to freeze for the travel freezer bag for my meds and the staff kindly arranged it. Breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of food to choose from - continental breakfast, pancakes, dairy products, selection of cheeses and meats, bread, fresh carrot, grapefruit and orange juices, freshly cooked omelletes.

United KingdomThe view from the window was great and the window itself is panaramic! We stayed at Premium room on the 10th floor, loved the view of the airport and planes. The bed is super comfortable! The breakfast is super, everything is of a high quality, fresh and the variety is good, we liked much more than Novotel. We did not ask for the extra bed for our kid as thought that there is no space in the room for that, but the staff offered to bring it and actually it was very comfortable for our son and the room still had the space, so if you travel with a kid, don't hesitate to ask for the additional bed.

There is also a fitness center that is open round-a-clock (unfortunatelly, I didn't have my sports clothes). Internet is very fast.
