Russianew and fresh interior, robust wi-fi everywhere, convenient kitchen (does have water filter btw), overall cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff and neighbors, convenient beds with curtains that guarantee good sleep, a lot of bathrooms (no queues). The location is close to the train station and the center of the city within the walking distance to everything you need.
