Fantastic staff from arrival, dinner, manager and until departure. Wonderful rooms and facilities. I can honestly say it’s probably the best I’ve ever been treated in a hotel. We had a fabulous time.

ItalyThe pool and pool area are beautiful and so relaxing and perfectly make up for the fact that the beach is rather muddy and non existent at high tide. Don't go for the beach, go for the gardens, pool, the gorgeous spa built around a lotus pond, and lovely staff.

The hotel and its setting are stunning, particularly the lagoon area where we stayed. Our room was beautiful and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. We enjoyed massages at the spa, where again, the ambience and staff were amazing. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back.

ThailandThe staff are brilliant- going the extra mile at all times. Dining options were great and bikes are available to rent. WiFi was easy to use and the gym is fantastic: plenty of weights and cardio equipment. The Spa is open and offering good discounts, both my massage and facial were lovely. Everywhere is very clean and temperature checks are carried out regularly along with hand gel being available pretty much everywhere.
