NetherlandsI am based in the UK and often have to work in my company's New York office which is by the World Trade Center. I have chosen this hotel twice now because of the location (2 mins walk from the WTC) and value for money. It is 'no frills' but is very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Rooms have a desk, free wifi, coffee machine and ensuite which is perfect for business travellers. Food offering is basic (there is a snack bar in the lobby) but there are lots of lovely breakfast places and gastro pubs nearby.

Fulton Street and City Hall subway stations are both just a couple of minutes walk away - and you can easily walk to key sites such as the WTC, 9/11 memorials, Brooklyn Bridge, Staten Island Ferry and Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island ferries. Front Desk staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was on a high floor, so no issue with street noise in the 'City That Doesn't Sleep' (we slept well in the very comfortable king-size bed!).
