New ZealandThis place is situated right on the main route through Cape Cod so it is easy to get to and easy to get to other places you might want to see. At the same time it is far enough from the street to be away from the noise. The room was a nice size, big enough for 4 people. We slept well and enjoyed sitting out on the little porch looking into the green. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with plenty suggestions about where to go and what to do (e.g. at which beach parking was free).
