Newly refinished hardwood floors throughout apartment, Restoration Hardware "Maxwell" plush down feathers (Queen size) sleeper sofa, Art deco style bedroom decor, dining room seats 8 with Restoration Hardware furniture, stainless steel appliances, microwave, toaster & coffee maker, soap, shampoo, towels & linen. With amazing Manhattan skyline city views from outside the front door. Internet/cable TV including HBO & Showtime. Totally 5-star luxury! The characteristics of my Art Deco style house that was built in 1925 with it's original moldings, ornate solid wood doors on every room entrance, gorgeous hardwood floors throughout, oversized master bedroom suite, breathtaking Manhattan City Skyline & the Flushing Meadows Unisphere view from the front stoop, stunning stained glass hallway window is what sold me immediately on this home
