Very comfortable bed, room temperature and excellent front desk. High quality for a budget price, this hotel is on Hilton's umbrella. Big ice machine on hall was a plus. Localization is very good, very close to Financial District main buildings. Due to COVID-19 (we stayed from Mar-23 to Mar-25 when NY was entering quarantine) the breakfast was simple but effective.
BrazilStaff was always VERY helpful and friendly. I really like the location as it is close to the ferry and all the subways to go uptown. I'm not a big breakfast eater but I do like their included breakfast. Definitely somewhere I would stay again when I'm in the area.
