TurkeyAriel, the hotel manager, was far beyond exceptional. He helped us to get all our luggage from our car, gave us a lot of excellent tips about the area. He is probably the best hotel manager in NYC!

The hotel staff are very friendly and always helpful. This was our first time in New York and everything was perfect. Than you all!
