Good Day, we do not have a shuttle to the airport, the airport works with a car service company that does drop offs and occasionally pick-ups from the airport for a charge. The closest Big Bus stop/location to us is at the Empire State Building at West 34th Street and 5th Avenue, which is eight blocks away from the hotel and is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. There are a variety of tourist attractions and landmarks close to and walking distance from the hotel such as Rockefeller Center, Herald Square, Macy's flagship and 34th Street shopping, the Empire State Building, Times Square, Madison Square Garden, Pennsylvania Station, Hudson Yards, the High Line, Chelsea Piers, and other attractions.

Good Day but it would not be possible to book that room type with that many number of people. If the children were younger, it would be possible but because the children are older, another room would have to be booked.

Any Den and Studio 2 Queens room have bathtubs. Unfortunately, we do not have whirlpool tubs.

Yes, adjoining rooms are option but it depends on the room type booked due to certain room types only being certain room types on certain floors.

The view in your room is contingent on the room type that you book.

Good Day and thank you for contacting us. The High Floor One Bedroom Kitchen Suite can accommodate three people since the suite has one king bed and a sofa that converts to a pull-out sofa bed. The suite does have two separate rooms; one room has the bedroom for the king bed and the rest of the space contains the kitchen, living area, and washroom.

The lowest floor for rooms begins at the 5th floor

Good Day, a Double Queen room is a guestroom that has two separate Queen beds. The room does not come with a Sofa bed or a Sofa that converts into a sleeper. The maximum occupants allowed in this room type are four persons.
