Alyssa and Dede on reception helped us fine a suitable dentist, booked an appointment and followed up by enquiring how the visit had gone. This was much appreciated. The concierges recommended a broadway show which far exceeded our expectations and on another night recommended a fantastic Italian restaurant. Lotus, the customer experience manager, kept in contact during our visit. We would definitely stay again!
