location is good if you wanna be close to universal studio area staff was friendly and helpful, I went too early for my checkin with my dog and they tried to do their best to help me with my checkin, so I could leave my dog in my room. Breakfast was fine, I mean, everything is different now with the COVI-19 so the bag had a good, easy and fast to-go breakfast.

AustraliaThe location of the hotel is perfect, we stayed for six night and went to the Disney World for four days, it was really convenient by self-driving, it's even closer to the Universal and the Icon Park. I really appreciated to the service of travel information guide desk in the hotel, the service personnel was awesome, we couldn't have such a nice experience without her. The breakfast was nice, so many choices and the dining place is cozy and the Disney paintings are lovely.
