You’ll find the best view up on the deck - the perfect place to barbecue or enjoy some cocktails as the sun sets over the water. The lower yard has all the entertainment, complete with multiple picnic tables, fire pits, a hammock, and horseshoe pit! Let the kids run around and play and then gather the troops for s’mores under the starry night sky. Inside, you’ll find 1,900 square feet of well-appointed living space, evoking a warm and cozy feel. Settle down in the living room to watch a movie on the flat-screen cable TV, or head over into the fully equipped kitchen to whip up something tasty. The basement acts as its own private apartment, with a dining area, living space, and kitchenette - making this home perfect for those looking for some extra privacy. For some more entertainment, you’ll find a billiards table, Foosball table, a dart board, 10-foot saloon wet bar, and classic arcade game in the 'Monster Bar'n Game Room!' While the main home can sleep up to 10, 4 additional guests can make the nearby barn their home. The barn boasts a queen bed, pullout bed, kitchen, dining room, and full bathroom.

Whether you want to hike to waterfalls at Watkins Glen State Park, rent a boat and partake in water sports, or visit amazing wineries like Belhurst Castle and Winery - this location has it all! There are over 50 wineries within 40 miles of this property, so you’ll have to try a few and pick out your favorite vintages to take back to enjoy on the deck. The Seneca Lake Wine and Cheese Trail travels right past the house with a huge variety of wineries ranging from Hazlitt on the east side to the unique Belhurst Castle to the north! Additionally, there are 10 breweries and even a distillery or two. Go to Starkey's Lookout for a great variety of both wine and beer or settle down at Two Goats Brewery, located just across the lake. Seneca Lake is the largest of the glacial Finger Lakes in New York, so you could spend your whole vacation boating, fishing, or swimming in the refreshing waters. There are also beaches like Sampson State Park for those who’d like to lay out in the sand. Whenever you're not boating on Seneca Lake or enjoying the breathtaking waterfalls at Watkins Glen State Park, experience all of the other great attractions, hiking trails, and waterfalls in the area, including Taughannock and Buttermilk Falls, just a short drive away, and the Corning Museum of Glass, just 20 miles to the south. Don't forget the winter and holiday season, when the Seneca wineries promote Deck the Halls and winter wine specials. The Finger Lakes National Forest has extensive winter snowmobiling trails, while snowboarding and skiing can be enjoyed at Bristol Mountain Ski Resort or Greek Peak Mountain Resort, which also features a year-round water park.
