“We let our two 20 year old granddaughters use the facilities freely, while we sat at the tiki bar. They had fun freedom and everything they could want on site. We had peace, quiet and the knowledge of it being a secure facility. Also, as we sat at the Tiki bar, with my deaf husband and his Service Dog, under the table, on a towel (one of ours not yours), I heard a woman tell a staff member that there was a do in the pool. The staff member asked where? She said “right there under that table!” The staff member kindly explained that was a Service Dog, and that it was NOT in the pool. KUDOS! My husband was not even aware of or embarrassed by the woman.”
