Either enjoy some cocktails on the porch, barbecue in the courtyard, or head up to the sun deck to work on your tan! This spacious 2,500-square-foot interior is perfect for the whole family! With 2 living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and 3 bathrooms, you won’t be stepping on each other’s toes. While everyone else enjoys some downtime in the living room, step into the kitchen to prepare a home-cooked feast for your loved ones. There’s plenty of space to settle down for your meal inside with the dining table and breakfast bar, but you’ll want to take nearly every meal to the patio tables outside! If you want to get cozy during your downtime, head downstairs to the parlor. Start up the gas fireplace and then relax with a favorite book or play some video games on the TV. Come nighttime, sleep is sure to come easy in either of the 3 bedrooms or private downstairs parlor. Once you’ve woken up refreshed, brew yourself a cup of coffee and step out to the Victorian front porch to breathe in the fresh air.

Walk to all downtown Watkins Glen has to offer, including restaurants like Rooster Fish Brewing Tasting Room & Beer Garden, Village Marina, and Glen Mountain Market Bakery & Deli! There’s also boat rentals and marinas nearby, so you can spend all day cruising along the lake’s refreshing waters. Within 40 miles of this Seneca Lake home, you’ll find over 50 wineries, 10 breweries, and even a distillery or two. The Seneca Lake Wine and Cheese Trail runs right past the house with a huge variety of wineries ranging from Hazlitt on the east side to the unique Belhurst Castle to the north! Be sure to visit during the winter, when the Seneca wineries promote Deck the Halls and winter wine specials. Whenever you're not boating on Seneca Lake or enjoying breathtaking waterfalls at Watkins Glen State Park, enjoy all of the other great attractions, hiking trails, and waterfalls in the area. Taughannock and Buttermilk Falls are a short drive away in Ithaca and the Corning Museum of Glass is just 20 miles to the south. When the snow begins to fall, enjoy snowmobiling and cross-country skiing through the Finger Lakes National Forest! You can also ski or snowboard at Bristol Mountain Ski Resort or Greek Peak Mountain Resort which also has a year-round water park.
