We offer the following room types below. Studio with one queen bed with kitchenette (sleeps 2 maximum). Studio with 2 double beds with microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker only (sleeps 2 plus 1 child under 12 years of age). Large Studio with 2 double beds with kitchenette (sleeps 2 plus 1 child under 12 years of age). Penthouse Studio with a king bed, kitchenette and balcony (sleeps 2 maximum). One Bedroom with a king bed in the bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the living room with kitchenette (sleeps 4 maximum). Penthouse one bedroom with a king bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room, kitchenette & balcony (sleeps 4 maximum). One Bedroom with 2 double beds in the bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the living room with kitchenette (sleeps 4 maximum, plus 1 child under 12 years of age). One bedroom with 2 queen beds in the bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the living room with kitchenette (sleeps 4 maximum, plus 1 child under 12 years of age). Two bedroom apartment- with 1 queen in one bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the living room with kitchenette (sleeps 5 maximum plus 1 child under 12 years of age).

Our studios are 1 room with bed, private bathroom with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and stove in most.

Please know we do not charge daily resort fees like other hotels. We are a smoke free property. There is NO SMOKING ALLOWED in guest rooms or anywhere within our building. This includes any type of electronic devices; Vapes, Juul, etc. All associates have been trained to respond to potential violations of the policy. For example, housekeepers are trained to observe signs of smoking in the hotel. There is a significant room recovery fee for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition. We do not provide breakfast. All rooms have refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with coffee and filters. Rooms with a stove will have utensils, pots, pans,toaster and dishes. Rooms are assigned at check in. There is a handicap accessible elevator from the ground level up to our entrance. Once inside, there are with 2 elevators. We have 12 floors. All apartments have 1- private bathroom. Most bathrooms have with bathtubs/shower and some have showers only. We provide towels and linens. Apartments with a sofa bed, there are pillows, sheets and a blanket in the room for this too. We provide soap, shampoo/conditioner and there is also a hair dryer. We also have an iron and ironing board in the room. Daily cleaning service. Free WiFi access. Cable Television. There is a business center located on the 2nd floor should you need to use the computer, or print. There is also an ice vending machine, along with some snacks . Please know we have some rooms that have a built in wall safe. We are working towards having wall safes in all rooms. If your room is not equipped with a safe, we do have safe deposit boxes available, at no cost, in a closet off our lobby. Just ask one of our associates to assist you with this at check in. Please know there will be a $50.00 charge for a lost key. Heat is controlled by the building. Air Conditioners are window units. We generally place the air conditioners in the rooms toward the end of April and removed towards the end of September. We use 120 volts in the U.S. We do not have a pool. The laundry facility is located in the basement and is for the hotel staff use only. Guests are permitted to use them when not in use by our staff and any time after 9:00PM, if we are not using them. There is a business center located on the 2nd floor, where there is a computer / printer, for hotel guests use. Also there is an ice machine and a vending machine there too. Please be advised that our check in time is any time after 3:00PM. If you arrive earlier and the room is ready you may check in. If your room is not available, we will hold your luggage for you so that you can start enjoying NYC. Our check out time is 11:00AM. We will hold your luggage until you need to leave for your destination, however we ask that you please make sure you retrieve all your belongings. We cannot be responsible for anything you leave behind.

As our rooms vary in size, we do not have an exact square footage to give you. All I can give are approximate sizes. Our One-bedroom apartment with 2 double beds, plus a sofa bed (sleeps 4 plus 1 chld 12 years or under maximum) are approximately 420 Sq. Ft. Our One- bedroom with 2 queen beds plus a sofa bed (sleeps 4 plus 1 chld 12 years or under maximum) are approximately 448 Sq. Ft. Our Two-bedroom apartments with 1 queen bed, two twin beds, plus a sofa bed (sleeps 5 plus 1 chld 12 years or under maximum) are approximately 470 Sq. Ft.

Heat is controlled by the building. Air Conditioners are window units.

You may take the subway from Penn Station to us... From 34th Street you can take the #1 line to 49th/50th street and walk a couple of blocks to us as we are between 6 and 7th Avenues.
