I cannot believe my good fortune in finding this place! We traveled to NYC and per the requirements, we needed to quarantine for 3 full days. I could not imagine the three of us holding up in a small one-room hotel room so this was perfect for our needs. The apartment was very conveniently located for our personal needs. It was very clean and well-appointed. Our contact, Troy, was a great host with excellent communication skills. He cheerfully came by the unit to address a couple of issues that we had with the unit and then all was perfectly well. And, I actually extended my stay by six nights and Troy was very instrumental in making that happen for me.
