Super clean and comfortable apartment, a lot of space for two people with skiing equipment ; family of four would also be comfortable. It has everything you need for a relaxing weekend. I also liked the location - 5 minutes drives to the slopes - both Holiday valley and Holimont, 3 minutes drive to the town (restaurants/stores), beautiful view (if you are lucky, you'll get an amazing star gazing experience)

CanadaAlthough there was an upper apartment- it was just us there. I liked having our own space and fire pit. The basement apartment is so cute and decorated with modern elegance. I loved it and felt so comfortable there . I would be happy to return.

NEW! Renovated modern walk out basement apartment just 1.7 miles from the quaint Village of Ellicottville, NY sitting on 2 acres. Beautiful scenery and a fun town to shop, dance, golf, hike or relax by our fire pit.
We’re Real Estate Agents in Buffalo, NY and own and operate an short term rental in Ellicottville, NY just an hour from our home. It’s a great Ski Village with lots of activities and restaurants during all seasons. We have twin girls that keep us active all year round. We love to traveling, spending time with our family and boating on Lake Erie.
Huge ski destination in the northeast. Lots of restaurant's, entertainment and live music almost every weekend. Lots of shops in the Village just minutes away. Lots of activities ropes course adventure, golf course and ski hills within minutes. Tops grocery store in town.
